What is your return policy.
A:
Returns accepted from Domestic Customers Only. No returns on International Orders due to postage fees. No returns on Personalized Items. Any non-personalized item may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Item must be in original, unused condition to qualify for refund. You must contact me within 3 days of receipt of item to be eligable for refund. E-mail inquiries to: babydudsboutique@twcny.rr.com Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Full refund of purchase price will be sent once item has been returned. I reserve the right to refuse refund is item is returned in used condition.

Q: When Can I Expect My Package
When can I expect my package?
A:
All clothing items and accessories will be mailed 2 to 3 days from receipt of payment. If I have an unusually large custom order, I will e-mail you with estimated shipping date. You should receive your package 2 to 3 days from date it is shipped. You will receive an e-mail indicating the item has been mailed.
Embroidery Supplies are ordered directly from the Manufacturer. Please allow 2 weeks for receipt of item.

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation.
Q: Care Instructions
What are the Care Instructions for items purchased from BabyDuds Boutique?
A:
Unless specified in the item description, all items purchased from BabyDuds Boutique can be machine washed in cold or warm water, non-chlorine bleach, tumble dry. I pre-wash all of my fabric, diapers, towels, bibs, burp cloths, onesies before making item or adding embroidery. I use polyester thread for my embroidery. This thread will not shrink or fade. Some items may need a quick touch up with an iron.
